Chris served with Family Based Care for 5 years as Public Officer, Executive Officer, and the Learning and Development Coordinator.

Chris then went on to pursue a community passion project. She has a wealth of knowledge achieved in her 40 year career in the mining industry within the Human Resource, Safety, and Stakeholder Relations areas. Chris is a strong advocate for lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
