Executive Manager People, Culture and Compliance

Kelly joined Family Based Care in 2023 as the Executive Manager People, Culture and Compliance.

Kelly has returned home to Tasmania after 26 years in the Navy and is excited about giving back in her role at Family Based Care and the local community. Kelly holds a Master in Business and qualifications in Logistics, Management, Leadership and Coaching. 

Outside of work, Kelly is a mental health advocate and is passionate about helping those around her.
