She now practices as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with Family Based Care Tasmania, and supervises a team of other Practitioners, specialist support coordinators, and social workers.

Bonnie has also dabbled in musical and theatre circles for Eisteddfods, choirs, vocal and musical director positions for 40 years.
