Evan has been with Family Based Care Tasmania since March 2021. He oversees a multidisciplinary team of professionals including Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Rehabilitation Consultants/Case Managers.

Evan is a currently registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience practicing, and holds membership with the Australian Psychological Society. He is also a registered Proficient Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner.

Evan has a pivotal role in ensuring that services are client-centred. He focuses on the importance of positive engagement with consumers and building a trusted brand that is accessible to the community. Evan also provides expertise, guidance, and support across the organisation and with various projects.

Passionate about helping people, Evan finds great reward in assisting individuals in accessing the appropriate care or assistance they need. Working together in a team that shares these values enhances the fulfillment he derives from his role.
