Carolyn holds Bachelors degrees in Arts and Social Work, is a Counsellor, Social Worker, nationally accredited Mediator, and Workplace Rehabilitation Provider. She also has significant experience in EAP.   Carolyn spent 8 years working for CRS Australia (Commonwealth Rehabilitation Services) specialising in disability employment and return to work rehabilitation  and has a total of 20 years in the return to work, insurance, and mediation and counselling environments.  She is well known to Family Based Care, having been our rehabilitation consultant for a number of years.
